Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review of existing studies, files, documents, plans and other materials related to the VMC Review with the Town the programmatic objectives of the planned renovations and make recommendations on space planning, architectural changes and other matters as required Architectural design of changes to the interior spaces and other areas as required Preparation of a budget estimate of the work and recommendations on the appropriate method of procurement (GC, CM, etc). Preparation of bid specifications and documents Review of submitted bids and RFIs Review of submittals from awarded contractor(s) Provision of special inspections Review of change orders Review of close-out documents Firms must be able to provide or obtain services that include but are not limited to: Architectural Engineering (structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.) Construction administration Special inspections
