Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town’s intent is to retain a consulting firm or individual with the qualifications and resources necessary to develop and administer its Small Business and Nonprofit Assistance Program. The proposer shall demonstrate substantial experience in undertaking and completing the type of work required. The successful consultant will assist the Town in the following areas: • Finalizing the Town’s grant program and associated written materials consistent with the requirements outlined in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Final Rule for expenditure of Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. • Creating advertising materials for website, social media, and written outreach to small businesses and nonprofits. • Managing the application process and recommendations to the Town. • Advising Town officials on grant awards. • Administrative services, including records maintenance and reporting consistent with Federal funding requirements.
