Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Attend weekly RIS Team meeting at the designated facility; • Draft and/or approval final treatment summaries as needed • Assist in reviewing referral packets for program placement; • Identify interventions specific to risk-need areas • Group facilitation of manualized curricula • Provide training and guidance to interventionists on provision of services and best practices • Observe groups and complete the observation/feedback forms and Professional Development Plans for Risk Reduction Interventionists • Audit documentation related to the program; • Work in collaboration with Risk Intervention Services Coordinator (RISC) • Seek clinical guidance from Chief Clinical Specialist or Program Services Director as needed, and meet with these State contacts as determined by State • Entity or applicant should identify professional Code of Ethics to be adhered to
