Specifications include, but are not limited to: All installations and removals shall be performed by Contractor at Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) stations provided the work does not interfere with fire station operations and prior approval has been obtained from IFD. IFD reserves the right to add, remove, or otherwise modify any requirements and/or graphics to meet the operational and strategic objectives of the agency. Contractor shall do the following: 21.2.1.1. Show the ability to professionally produce and install vehicle, building, and equipment graphics in accordance with industry standards and best practices. 21.2.1.2. Remove all door handles, mirrors and windows (as needed). 21.2.1.3. No cutouts around any vehicle accessories. 21.2.1.4. Design fleet graphics for fire apparatus and administrative vehicles and install. 21.2.1.5. Design graphics and install on windows or buildings. 21.2.1.6. Design graphics and install on equipment. 21.2.1.7. Design and install LED building graphics. 21.2.1.8. Provide adhesive graphics such as numbers, etc. of all sizes. 21.2.1.9. Design and install ground signs
