Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Service shall consist of cleaning of sewer lines, clearing of sewer backups/blockages and mainline/lateral camera inspections of NBC sewer assets and facilities.; 2. Vendor must be prepared to commit their mobile equipment to an NBC site and remain on site for the total period of the NBC need. The NBC will provide a GIS map(s) and all pertinent details to contractor.; 3. Vendor mobile equipment shall consist of (1) a Combination Unit capable of vacuumand jet cleaning operations and (2) a closed- circuit television (CCTV) Inspection Unit capable of inspecting sewers ranging in diameter from 6” to 110”.; 4. The Combination Unit shall have a minimum usable water capacity of 1,000 gallons and a pump capable of delivering at least 80 gallons per minute (gpm) at 1,200 psi. Pressure to the nozzle shall be regulated by a relief valve adjustable from 1‐2000 psi minimum. The equipment shall have a positive displacement, rotary lobe vacuum system with available capacity for removing debris from various sewers within the NBC districts.; 5. Vendor must use PACP/MACP and LACP V7 certified software and coding methods for all NBC CCTV inspections. All inspections shall use a camera transporter, floating will only be allowed with prior NBC designated field rep approval.; 6. The CCTV Inspection Unit shall be a self‐contained system complete with closed circuit television camera, monitor, and computer system with video capture card or specialized video recording equipment capable of pausing and resuming live recordings, capable of entering a manhole cover with a minimum opening of 18” diameter clearance, and all necessary equipment for the successful completion of television inspection. Vendor must provide the NBC with a thumb drive that contains mpeg(s), report(s), database and complimentary PACP V7 certified software viewer at the end of the job.; 7. Vendor must be prepared to provide services 24 hours per day/seven days per week.; 8. Services are to be provided only upon NBC request.; 9. Vendor must respond within four (4) hours of the request for services, if requested.; 10. Vendors must cite their unit pricing for services in terms of dollars per hour. Rates shall include specific details of the hourly rate schedule; including minimum hourly charges (if applicable); overtime rates; and hours of day and/or days of week to which each rate applies.
