Specifications include, but are not limited to: designing, furnishing all materials, and fabricating telescoping steel sign posts, including any and all bolts, nuts, base-posts, and hardware, in accordance with the special provisions, the locations, notes and details on the Plans and as directed by the Engineer. The four items referred to as 'Telescoping' are complete units inclusive of one specified length 2" sign post, one 36" x 2.25" base-post, one 18" x 2.5" base-post, one corner bolt and one nut. The remaining items are to be ordered individually to be used as replacement parts. This contract provides for the preparation and delivery of Galvanized Telescoping Steel Sign Posts to the Department of Transportation, at the following three locations: Sign Shop, 14 Sign Shop Road, Dover, DE 19903; New Castle Signing Section, 250 Bear-Christiana Rd, Bear, DE 19701 and Sussex Signing Section, 24450 Lewes-Georgetown Hwy, Georgetown, DE 19947 as designated in this ITB request and as ordered by the Department of Transportation or an authorized representative.
