Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline Diamond's intent to provide a 90 day extension for the ongoing support IVR/IWR Software Support to WFWV. Diamond agrees to continue to provide ongoing support and development for this IVR/IWR system throughout this extension period. Specifically, Diamond will provide the following service: -Extend contract period for additional 90 days (4/14/22 thru 7/13/22) -24x7 Ongoing Support as outlined under Existing Contract (#WWV 180000002) -Provide ongoing Maintenance/Support for General software/hardware -Provide ongoing Maintenance/Support for Custom software -New Development Bucket to address any additional software enhancements
