Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clean and maintain the interior appearance of the building or area assigned, including but not necessarily limited to: o Sweeping, Vacuuming, moping all surfaces o Stripping and Waxing floors o Shampooing carpets, rugs, and upholstery o Dusting and polishing furniture o Washing windows, walls, and ceilings o Performing other related cleaning actives Clean and disinfect bathrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, and kitchens, including walls, floors, showers, toilets, sinks, refrigerators, stoves, and all other fixtures. Occasionally, Contracted Personnel may have to do the following given special circumstances (events, move-in/move out, extraordinary weather events, etc.): o Cleaning the exterior and building entrances o Hosing and power washing sidewalks o Keeping up trash and emptying trash cans o Shoveling snow and ice treatment o Relocating furniture and event set-up o Operation of a dolly or hand cart
