Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fine Arts Annex • Demolish the 7,000 +/- square foot two story art annex building. • Repair / alter the existing mechanical room upon demolition of the annex. Approximately 30 feet of the wall on the Northeast corner of the building is shared by the mechanical room that is to remain. This wall is to remain and receive an appropriate exterior cladding after demolition. • Create additional greenspace on the approximately 60,000sf – 70,000sf remaining site • Connect adjacent sidewalks along most common paths of travel • Reclaim / restore the existing courtyard hardscape & landscape materials • Address water runoff by considering terraces or other landscape features • Address & improve site lighting • Demolition to take place during summer break due to limited access to site for debris removal Fine Arts Foundry • Demolish the 1,106 +/- square foot one story masonry foundry building • Repair/rebuild adjacent brick screen walls and fences around mechanical equipment at the Central Plant • Create additional greenspace where possible • Address & improve site lighting • Address & improve site drainage HPESS Natatorium • Demolish the 14,000sf Natatorium and 2,300sf connecting link to HPESS building • Create a new West entrance to the HPESS bldg. upon removal of the connecting link • Relocate laundry room and equipment storage currently located in the connecting link • Address East entry to the HPESS building to match new West entrance • Modify berm in owner selected areas around HPESS • Develop greenspace with appropriate tree plantings upon removal of the natatorium • Evaluate and provide design options for existing parking lot • Provide new site lighting along pedestrian routes • Remove and replace tennis court lighting with campus standard parking lot lighting
