Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Run analytics for all applicable codes, regulations, and standards to be fullycompliant with all State of Vermont requirements.•Analyze existing conditions and provide solutions for issues regarding the elevatorlocation, elevator - shaft, hoist way, machine room, foundation, and surroundingareas maximizing accessibility, safety, structure, noise reduction, etc.•Provide recommendations on type of elevator (traction, hydraulic, hole-lesshydraulic,machine‐roomless), and make recommendations on the exact make,model, and dimensions of the elevator needed (make sure it is available).•Run a cost analysis on the construction of an interior vs. exterior hoist way andprovide recommendations.•Design development plans for all aspects, including but not limited to, machineroom, hoist way, car, door operation, and all electrical and mechanical elements.•Design blueprints and modeling for each floor to include the hoist way, machineroom, elevator entrances, and elevator placement.•Work with known elevator companies to provide cost estimates for elevator andinstallation.
