Replacement of existing wall and floor finishes throughout the restrooms and breakroom. b. Other improvements identified in Drawings. 2. Mechanical: a. Upgrades to existing mechanical heating systems and controlling throughout the rooms. b. Other mechanical upgrades as indicated in Drawings. 3. Electrical: a. Replacement of existing light fixtures in specific locations identified in Drawings. b. Replacement of existing exit signs throughout the facility. c. New occupancy sensor lighting controls in specific locations identified in Drawings. d. Upgrading existing outlets in specific locations identified in Drawings. e. Additional data cabling and ports throughout the facility. f. Electrical improvements to support mechanical control system upgrades throughout the facility. g.
