Plumbing Services Term Agreement

Specifications include, but are not limited to: multiple institutional type projects encompassing alteration, renovation, remodeling and major repairs to structures and properties. It is the Owner’s intent to award to a minimum of two (2) contractors to be available on an on-call basis as services are needed.;  Plumbing Insulation;  Valves For Plumbing Piping ;  Meters And Gages For Plumbing Piping;  Domestic Water Piping And Specialties;  Sanitary Waste And Vent Piping;  Drainage Piping;  Storm Drainage Piping;  Hydronic Piping;  Hydronic Pumps;  Plumbing Fixtures;  Domestic Water Pumps;  Electric, And Fuel-Fired Domestic Water Heaters;  HVAC Instrumentation And Controls;  Testing, Adjusting, And Balancing;  Gas Fitting;  Pipe Fitting
