Specifications include, but are not limited to: motor coach transportation for any department at USD requesting motor coach transportation, USD reserves the right to contract with other companies in the event the contracted vendor does not have equipment or drivers available and when it is in USD’s best interest. Following is a list of destinations typically traveled to each year: 3.2 EQUIPMENT: Vendors must provide a complete list of their equipment/fleet that may be used for the duration of the contract. Include model year of all motor coaches. 3.3 All equipment that is to be used shall be in excellent working condition throughout the duration of the agreement to include: 3.3.1 On Board Restroom 3.3.2 Reclining Seats 3.3.3 DVD/BluRay player and monitors 3.3.4 Wi-Fi routers 3.3.5 AC power in multiple locations 3.3.6 Air-conditioned 3.3.7 Microphone and PA system 3.3.8 Able to accommodate all baggage and equipment.
