Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City requires the services of an Insurance Broker/Consultant to assist in the selection of the most cost-effective and comprehensive insurance coverages and services available with insurers who meet minimum rating requirements as approved by the City. The Insurance Broker/Consultant shall negotiate for and obtain policies for the coverage required. The Insurance Broker/Consultant shall also provide related services including: advice on the coverage program and its design, risk management support, assistance in loss prevention and control activities, benchmarking data, assistance with the filing of claims, review of contractual insurance language and requirements.
