Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP will be to select a qualified vendor to design, produce, print and fold the sample ballot facsimile, insert and stitch the print signature of variable ballot facsimiles into single- version sample ballot and data processing, addressing and mailing of completed Sample Ballots to the active registered voters of the County; approximately 315,000 sample ballots prior to the 2022 Primary Election, and approximately 340,000 sample ballots for the 2022 General Election. RFP 3183-22 PRIMARY AND GENERAL BALLOT FACSIMILE PRINTING AND BALLOT FOLDING, STITCHING AND MAILING SERVICES is for the printing of the Ballot Facsimile, Folding, Stitching and Mailing of the Sample Ballots only. This Proposal does not include Sample Ballot Printing, as this was addressed in RFP 3166-22 Sample Ballot Printing Services
