Specifications include, but are not limited to: immediately mobilize and conduct all subject matter expertise and related requirements associated with the Fort Belknap Indian Community’s EDA CARES ACT grant. Contractor will have demonstrated successful experience authoring and being awarded via a tribal entity an EDA CARES ACT grant. Contractor will also have experience developing survey questionnaires, and current experience working with COVID19 disaster response, mitigation and recovery, including but not limited to sustained support of clinical, business and public health operations. Contractor must also demonstrate at least 5 continuous years of experience delivering high level program evaluation services, preferably in tribal settings. Preference will be given to contractors that have extensive experience in tribal, regional, and national program evaluation, including recent or current Indian Health Service and CDC program evaluation programs serving tribes in the Billings Area Office Administrative Area.
