Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 General Scope Statement Montana State University Bozeman Facilities Services is soliciting Proposals from offerors for an electronic key lock box per the attached specification. Proposals must meet the requirements and must submit documentation and warranty information with the proposal. All offers are to be FOB Destination to MSU Campus Stores, Bozeman, MT. 1.2 Electronic Key Box Physical Requirements Electronic key box shall be powered off 120V – AC. Key box shall have a clear door to allow user to view keys and rings. Electronic key box shall have a minimum of 144 positions and be expandible. System shall have future expansion capability, consisting of multiple key cabinets connected with a single control pod. Each key cabinet capacity will be determined by MSU user needs and within the manufacturer’s standard cabinet capacities. 1.3 Support Vendor shall provide support 24/7, and onsite support within 48 hours. Vendor shall provide electronic manuals Electronic key box shall have Battery Backup that will power the box for a minimum of 4 hours and notify multiple people via text and email when operating in backup power mode. 1.4 Administration and Reporting Vendor Control Software shall provide Customizable reports integrated into vendor software with export capability and 3rd party reporting and database export options. Vendor must provide description of all standard and custom reporting capabilities and provide examples. System Permission levels Shall be customizable. Vendor must provide description of access and authorization options including granularity levels and description of account management process as detailed in 1.6. The System shall log all activity with user, date, and time. Vendor must provide example audit logs. System shall provide past curfew notification via email and text. 1.5 UIT and Software Requirements Vendor must provide details of network connectivity options and requirements for both wired (preferred) and wireless (if available) networking. Vendor must provide detailed description of server platform requirements and details of hosted solution options. Vendor must provide details of user interface (Web, Client, etc.) for both end-user and administrative functions. Vendor Control Software shall provide details describing methods to interface with third party databases including Assetworks AIM CMMS Software, allowing for third party software to both pull from and push updated data to the database. Users shall be entered by both remote (over web) and at electronic key box. Keys shall be released by both remote (over web) and at electronic key box. Smart hubs shall be compatible with multiple second party keyrings. System shall allow one time use codes that can be set to expire by both remote (over web) and at electronic key box. Describe system functionality at times when network service is unavailable.
