Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project is located in Overton (Moapa Valley), Nevada adjacent to the existing Perkins Field Airport (U08). The work under this project includes construction of a new public 32- foot wide asphalt rural roadway with an approximate length of 1.6-miles and associated drainage facilities. The work entails clearing and grubbing, earthwork (excavation and embankment), installation of drainage culvert piping and reinforced concrete box storm drain, installation of aggregate base courses, placement of asphalt cement (AC) concrete, construction of rip rap lined ditches, construction of a new airport security fencing, roadway striping, and relocation of miscellaneous wet and dry utilities.
