Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Reno is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals with demonstrated expertise for the preparation of an independent analysis and assessment of the needs, location, and financial viability of parks and recreational facilities within the City of Reno. This independent analysis will review and support the Parks and Recreation Department’s Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Service Plan, an update of the City’s existing 2008 Recreation Facilities Plan. The PROS plan will identify current and planned park and recreation facilities, provisions for operations and maintenance, along with a funding strategy for construction and operation of the facilities.
