Specifications include, but are not limited to: Visual examinations are to be performed at the commencement of the contract period to ensure proper operation of all system components. The Contractor shall visually inspect building alarm system components for proper operation, position, and condition as appropriate. After the initial inspection of all system components, the Contractor shall in writing bring to the attention of the Facilities Foreman any problems revealed from the inspection. Necessary corrective action will be identified ; The building alarm system components shall be physically inspected and tested in accordance with approved test methods and manufacturer’s recommendations. The cost to repair any ground faults or wiring issues not borne by Contractor shall be the responsibility of the Town at the repair rates established on Bid Form. Any other expenses to repair the system are the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor will update and format employee codes as requested by the Facilities Foreman on an as needed basis including end of year audit as directed by Town.
