Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide one (1) new 20 kW, propane, Kohler #20RESC(L) or equivalent, 120/240V, single- phase, pad mount generator with 100A Line Breaker, block heater, Sound Enclosure, battery, and battery charger. - Provide precast pad for new generator. - Provide one (1) new automatic transfer switch (ATS), ASCO 300 series, at exterior location (back-side of interior power panel). - Rework existing service feeder from utility meter to new disconnect switch and provide feeder from disconnect switch to new automated transfer switch (ATS). - Provide new generator feeder to new ATS. - Provide feeds from existing power panel to generator oil heater and battery charger. - Provide site work for new generator pad location, trenching and backfill as required. - Provide delivery, off-loading and rigging to set new generator. - Propane fuel and connection - FBO. - Provide start-up, testing, commissioning, and owner training. - Includes permits and inspections. - Work to be performed during normal work hours. - One (1) year warranty on all parts and labor. - Operate at an altitude between 1,000 feet and 2,000 feet - Bidder will supply, coordinate delivery, uncrate and set unit in place.
