Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of this solicitation require an After-Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP), related to the State of New Hampshire’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, which began in January 2020 through the end of the State of Emergency in June 2021. The vendor shall develop an AAR/IP that details a timeline of events, best practices and areas for improvement in each focus area and improvement plan matrices.
