Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to implement an upgraded P25 compliant public safety radio communications system to serve the City of Claremont. The City requires the reuse of the Green Mountain tower site. The City requires the PROPOSER to connect the infrastructure at the Green Mountain site to the dispatch center using the existing State of New Hampshire microwave link. This will allow the City of Claremont to provide public safety grade communications to all radio users. The design includes updates for important auxiliary systems such as paging, consoles, and fixed control stations to provide reliable public safety grade service. The design also includes adding DVRs to all first responder vehicles to supplement portable outdoor and in-building coverage.
