VOC: Less than 45 grams per/litre.; ii. FINISH: Satin gloss; iii. SOLIDS CONTENT : In weight: ca. 53% In volume: ca. 45%; iv. DENSITY: Ca. 1.3; v. FLASH POINT : Not flammable.; vi. VISCOSITY: 30-40 P; vii. DRYING TIME: To touch: 30 Min.; viii. ASTM D522, Elongation; no less than 22%.; ix. ASTM D2794, Impact: 93 inch-pounds direct impact.; x. ASTM D3363, Hardness, B or less pencil.; xi. ASTM D4587, QUV, No less that 72% gloss retention, no more than 0.69 DE00 color change or no more than 22 units gloss loss after 3,000 hrs.; xii. ASTM D5590, Fungal and Algal Resistance; No more than traces of fungal growth, less than 10%, after 4-weeks continual exposure.; C. The finish color of the top-coat for the tank shall be selected by the Owner. Three colors similar to the existing white finish of the water storage tank shall be provided for Owner selection.; D. Furnish to the Owner two (2) gallons of exterior top-coat of the same type and color used on the work
