Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Benton County is seeking Bond Counsel services to provide assistance in the planning, preparation and issuance of one (1) or more financing alternatives. 2. Bond Counsel will ensure all financing is pursuant to and in full compliance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. 3. Benton County would like Bond Counsel to present alternatives available and to advise the County on which financing method would likely result in the lowest and best overall alternative to the County. 4. The Bond Counsel selected will be the sole point of contact for all matters pertaining to this engagement and shall oversee and coordinate the legal activities related to this bond issuance.
