Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall: 3.1 Conceptualize, shoot, edit and produce six high-quality videos of various lengths highlighting for the public the Department of Human Services and each of its five Divisions as well as two virtual tours, one of the South Dakota Developmental Center in Redfield and one of the South Dakota Rehabilitation Center for the Blind in Sioux Falls. 3.1.1 Each outreach video will be approximately 2 to 5 minutes at final production and then edited to shorter form videos for use on digital platforms. 3.1.2 The length of the two virtual tours will vary based on what is needed to adequately represent the facilities. 3.1.3 The videos should clearly communicate services available to the public through the Department and how to contact the Department in order to utilize those services. 3.2 Maintain and provide to the State a complete accounting of the project and acquire and maintain a legal file of all necessary clearances and releases. 3.3 Provide the State with the opportunity to give input on the videos, narratives and other associated pieces to ensure program integrity and sensitivity to the subject matter (i.e. providers and/or family members). The State reserves the right to final approval on each of the individual video clips, the narratives and any other associated pieces.
