Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Consultant will conduct ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits, along with identifying any potential retro commissioning, renewable energy systems, and water conservation measures, as defined by ASHRAE on SDARNG facilities identified in Section D. Paragraph 3 below. 2. Consultant will analyze state provided historic energy and water usage cost and consumption. Develop Energy Utilization Index (EUI) of the building. Discuss and develop a list of potential improvements to include a detailed project cost and saving calculations. Compare the building EUI to similar buildings to determine if further engineering study and analysis are likely to produce significant energy savings. 3. Audit will include but not limited to: Building Envelope, Heating and Cooling Systems, Lighting (both interior and exterior), Motors, Ventilation, Boilers, Chillers, Domestic Hot Water Systems, Hot Water Pipe Insulation, etc. 4. Audits will include but not limited to identifying all practical energy, water conservation, and renewable energy measures that will help the SDARNG achieve energy reductions. 5. Meetings a. At a minimum, the Consultant will be responsible for attending, conducting, and/or presenting at the following meetings with SDARNG and State stakeholders: Kickoff Meeting, 65% Draft Report Review, and Final Report Briefing.
