Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. ONE FULL LENGTH INFORMATIONAL VIDEO 1.1. Produce at least one informational PSA video ranging from thirty (0:30) seconds to four (4) minutes of content at HD/4K on the dangers of abandoned mines. 1.1.1. Awarded Vendor will work closely with Division staff to generate a script, shot sequence and / or storyboard for approval. A. A script, shot sequence and/ or storyboard for at least one video ranging from thirty (0:30) seconds to four (4) minutes of content on the dangers of abandoned mines 1.1.2. Awarded Vendor will work closely with Division staff to generate a list of locations for approval and personnel needed for capturing video footage in and around abandoned mines or simulating abandoned mines. A. A list of locations, produced together with Division staff, where imagery in and around abandoned mines may be captured. B. A list of personnel required to be present (crew, actors, etc.) for filming near abandoned mines. C. A list of potential dates to shoot video where the Awarded Vendor anticipates capturing imagery in and around abandoned mines or simulating abandoned mines. 1.1.3. Awarded Vendor will produce at least one (1) rough cut ranging from thirty (0:30) seconds to four (4) minutes of content on the dangers of abandoned mines. A. Make any necessary edits to the draft video until Division is satisfied. 1.1.4. If necessary, Awarded Vendor will do a fine cut and review edit with Division staff of the video ranging from thirty (0:30) seconds to four (4) minutes of content in accordance with the Division’s requirements. A. Submit a final video to the Division for review. If edits are necessary, return to Activity 1.1.4. and repeat this process. All video imagery should be recorded at HD / 4k resolution at a high bit rate. Final exported format will be determined by the Division in collaboration with the Awarded Vendor for usage in perpetuity. B. Any use of stock footage must be pre-approved by the Division and licensing agreements in place before use. 2. PRODUCE SIX (6) TO TEN (10) VIDEOS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT LESS THAN TWENTY (0:20) SECONDS IN LENGTH ON THE DANGERS OF ABANDONED MINES. 2.1. Awarded Vendor will work closely with Division staff on developing shortened PSA-type cuts for use on various social media platforms. 2.1.1. Up to six (6) cut down versions of the approved long form cuts will be approved and provided to the Division for use on social media by the Awarded Vendor. 2.2. Use video captured for the full-length thirty (0:30) seconds to four (4 minutes) informational videos to produce the shortened PSA-like cuts. 2.2.1. Working with Division staff, Awarded Vendor to make any necessary Final edits to the draft PSA-type cuts. 2.3. Awarded Vendor will produce draft versions of the PSA-type cuts on the dangers of abandoned mines.
