Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Eagle Arts Commission is seeking a qualified firm to collaborate with artists in preparing their art for fabrication, digital reproduction, and installation services on various sized traffic signal cabinets. In order to maintain the integrity of the artwork, the City is also interested in working with the firm to reproduce and replace any portion of the vinyl in the event of damage or vandalism. The scope of services will include measuring and creating digital templates of various sized signal cabinets, scanning or photographing artwork, providing support to artists regarding preparation, scaling, reproduction on premium sun-light resistant vinyl with UV overlays, and installation services of the finished work on assigned cabinets in the Summer of 2022. The selected firm will ensure staff members attend meetings as necessary and answer questions of artists or City staff and provide direction to artists. The City of Eagle Arts Commission will require the successful proposer to provide a high-resolution print file for each of the cabinets.
