Specifications include, but are not limited to: Updates include, but are not limited to, new casework, sinks, emergency equipment, lab resistance counter tops, and modern fume hoods as well as HVAC integration to updated building exhaust system. The project scope includes remodeling of two (2) existing chemistry labs on the 3rd floor of the Science Building at Boise State University (305 and 308). The work in these two labs involve demolition of casework, installation of new casework and associated utility work. These two labs need to be completed during a summer build period of approximately 3 months (May – August) to remain online during fall and spring semesters due to student load and curriculum. There will be alternates throughout the 2nd and 3rd floor for upgrading and integrating new fume hoods
