Specifications include, but are not limited to: DELIVERABLES: The contractor will provide the following deliverables: Deliverable 1: New Coalition Organization, Coordination, and Leadership • Create a page on your agency’s website to house Alaskan Bike & Pedestrian Coalition webpage, at present this does not exist. • Create and maintain an inventory of coalition membership. • Create Statewide Bike & Pedestrian Strategic Implementation Plan in conjunction with coalition members. • Lead and facilitate coalition workgroup updates to Implementation Plan • Evaluate, document, and report coalition progress quarterly, using identified performance measures established by coalition members. • Provide technical assistance, expertise, and support to coalition members. • Develop coalition sustainability plan and actively seek funding to support coalition in subsequent years (e.g. grant writing, sponsorship solicitation). Deliverable 2: Support Virtual Meetings • Plan and support regular full coalition and workgroup meetings with coalition members via teleconference and/or video call, at least quarterly. Coalition members will determine timing or meetings (e.g. quarterly, monthly, biweekly). • Organize meeting scheduling poll, send out calendar invites, and setup web conferencing for virtual meetings. • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Deliverable 3: Project Management • Participate in an initial meeting with the Program Manager and co-lead DOT partner in the first two weeks of a fully executed contract to develop a workplan. • Participate in regular check-in meetings with Program Manager, monthly. • Provide quarterly status reports and invoices on deliverable activities in a mutually agreed upon format. • Will provide project evaluation and conduct quality improvement activities, as requested (if needed).
