Specifications include, but are not limited to: o develop and analyze performance metrics and make recommendations for Hope Center operations. • Detail how data is used to prevent homelessness, shorten the length of homelessness, and prevent recidivism. • Describe our system’s performance and outcomes in reducing the number of households entering the homeless assistance system, reducing the length of shelter stays, and reducing the number of households returning to homelessness. • Focus on value added, the cost of people experiencing homelessness v. sheltering with onsite services; focus on health outcomes and Christiana Care’s Medical Respite Program at the Hope Center. • Some communities use data from the metrics to target funding to agencies with strong outcomes
