Specifications include, but are not limited to: conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify expansion of homeless services within our facility and formulate a plan to identify services modeled for persons experiencing homelessness. The plan will identify expansion services relevant to serving the homeless population. One goal to consider for expansion services is for contribution to revenue generation. Ideally the expansion service(s) identified could follow the person throughout the continuum of services when exiting the Hope Center for their path forward. Exploring branding of shelter, street outreach and rapid rehousing funding is necessary to realize this concept. To make this concept a reality, the way funding is contracted needs to be explored through non-profit and private revenue sources. The Hope Center needs a report to summarize the landscape of the current funding with recommendations on how to grow funding to optimize the system.
