Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The State of Delaware is seeking to purchase Light Duty Passenger Vehicles, Model Year 2023 or newer. Individual specifications listed in the following sections provide for current areas of potential need. ; The following items shall be supplied on all vehicles as required equipment, unless otherwise specified, and will not be included in the specifications for each individual vehicle. a. OEM Cruise Control b. OEM Bluetooth c. OEM Floor mats required d. Power windows and power locks for every door e. Automatic Transmission is required f. Replaceable element oil filter for combustion engine vehicles g. All vehicles are required to display a front and rear license plate; brackets, if required, must be installed before delivery. Additionally, a minimum of four screws shall be provided to allow for ease of attachment of the license plates. h. OEM Auxiliary Power Point (cigarette lighter style receptacle) i. AM/FM radio j. KEYS -- Each vehicle must come with four (4) OEM programmed working remote keyless entry fobs and four (4) OEM working Keys. Keys that are part of the FOB will satisfy the key requirement. k. Air Conditioning – All vehicles are required to have Factory Air Conditioning. Rear HVAC is also required where available l. Air Bags – All available air bags, standard and optional shall be required. m. Glass for all windows should be tinted n. Exterior power side mirrors are required o. Mounted manufacturers standard spare tire, if available p. Anti-Lock braking system (ABS) q. Steering must be manufacturers standard power assisted
