Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Merrimack County Nursing Home is seeking quotes for two (2) plate and pellet warmers to use in resident dining areas. The Food Services Department at the Nursing Home has requested the following model be used as quote specification; o Dimensions (approximately) 41" H x 33" W x 24" D o Number of Silos 2 (both silos/sides must accommodate pellets) o Temperature Range 140F-330F o Voltage 208V This project will provide the County Nursing Home with suitable equipment to ensure food safety standards are met, and Resident needs are fulfilled. All products presented must be “like-styled” to the equipment outlined above in terms of operation, specifications and quality. Units that cannot meet the standards will be rejected. Warranty, construction, etc. are all examined during the quote review process. Please provide total project cost in quote format, including all fees and/or freight charges (FOB destination), for the quote.
