Specifications include, but are not limited to: • All work to take place during the day light hours – Sunup to sundown, unless prior approval for night work is gained. • All cemetery packages must be mowed and trimmed every five (5) days beginning April 30th, 2022, changing to every seven (7) days beginning August 1st, 2022, allowance to be given for inclement weather days. • Shall provide any/all appropriate licenses and insurance information to the County. • Shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, water, safety equipment, transportation etc. for proper execution and completion of all work. • To provide direct contact information for the work crew and/or their supervisor to the Hancock County Commission or designee. • To provide before and after photos to be submitted with invoice. • All work crew members shall be required to always wear appropriate safety equipment. • Service provider shall be responsible for any injuries to provider’s staff or damage to any county owned property or equipment. Mowing shall be to a height of two (2) inches, including on any banks. All weeds/vegetation (in excess of two (2) inches shall be removed by line trimming or by other applicable means to ensure favorable appearance. Paved areas adjacent to lots or properties maintained by contractor shall be edged and cleaned to delineate turf area from pavement where pavement begins.
