Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will assist the Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA) in the development of engineering plan for streambank stabilization on Atwell Brook in Groton. The contractor will work collaboratively with the NLRA by providing technical services to complete tasks, or portions of tasks, as described in the Grant Agreement between the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and the NLRA (Newfound Lake Watershed Management Plan Implementation Phase 4: Culverts, Structural BMPs and Non-structural BMPs, dated 10/13/2021, and attached to this RFQ), specifically Task 18 as described below. Please note the numbered sequence presented below corresponds to the grant agreement. Objectives and tasks in the Grant Agreement but not included below are intentionally omitted as they will be completed by NLRA or others.
