Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Contractor will be required to attend a weekly status update meeting – specific date, time and location will be determined once award is made; ● Most cleaning must be done Monday - through Friday exceptions are noted; ● Cleaning times will be noted but usually between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; ● All cleaning chemicals and cloth rags to perform the services will be supplied by Boise State University; ● Contractor must provide vacuums (vacuums are NOT available from Boise State University); ● Lincoln Town Homes, Square and Suites will be the “full service” during the summer with the end of school year, beginning of school year and 2 types of conference turns; ● Towers, Driscoll, Morrison, Keiser, Taylor will be “on call” locations (no end of school or beginning of school or specific conference turns); ● Additional work in locations specified in this ITB may be needed on a case by case basis. Contractor will be given a 5-business day notice from BSU Housing; ● Each building has a different number of rooms and a variety of room sizes.; 1. Kitchen a. Move refrigerator; b. Move stove; c. Wipe appliances inside and out; i. Clean floors under appliances/walls; d. Wipeout cabinets/drawers; e. Wipe all counters and sinks; f. Sanitize chairs and light fixtures; g. Clean windows/sills; h. Change drip pans/filter on the stove as needed (provided by BSU); i. Sweep & Mop Floors; 2. Bedrooms a. Wipe walls/sanitize furniture and light fixtures; b. Clean windows/sills/mirrors; c. Clean Blinds; d. Vac vents/ Floors; 3. Living Room a. Wipe walls/sanitize furniture and light fixtures; b. Clean windows/sills; c. Vacuum under and in furniture; d. Vacuum/mop floor; e. Vacuum stairs; 4. Bathrooms a. Clean shower; b. Clean toilet/base; c. Clean sinks/counters/mirrors; d. Wipe walls/doors; e. Wipeout cabinets/drawers; f. Vacuum/Mop; g. Remove Trash; h. Change Shower Curtain (curtain provided by BSU); 5. Laundry room a. Wipe washer and dryer; b. Lint trap
