Specifications include, but are not limited to:: 1) improve the aesthetic appearance of public spaces, and 2) reduce the build-up of unwanted organic debris in select parks within the Town of Hartford, VT. The Contractor shall list prior experience and may be required to provide references demonstrating successful completion of similar work. The Contractor may be required to demonstrate that they consistently perform work using the highest quality of workmanship. The Contractor may be required to demonstrate that they own or has access to the equipment required to perform the work.; Town Hall – rake, edge & mulch planting beds, as well as on select trees; Veterans Park – rake, edge & mulch planting beds; Maxfield – Stormwater area mowing maintenance by July 1st as identified; Kilowatt South – mow and/or string trim along Ramp Road (guardrails and embankment) by May 15th for first mowing and second mowing of hillsides by July 1st; Kilowatt South – mow pathway between North and South by May 15th; Pedestrian Pathway – mow and trim Christian St., Colonial Dr. sides of pathway entry from fence and past bench 30ft mowing not less than 10ft from edge of pathway and where pathway abuts fence areas, mow and trim from pathway, to fence and at least 3ft on the opposite side of the fence.; Frost Park – remove leaves & downed woody debris (2 applications); Kilowatt South – mow and/or string trim along Ramp Road (guardrails & embankments) by September 15th (1 application)
