Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide supervision in the Clinical Pastoral Education Program in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). a) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary to perform the services and/or provide the goods, if applicable, as required. b) The contractor will provide ongoing reports by students to supervised assignments with clients in compliance with Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) requirements. c) The Contractor will conduct one or more units of Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) training in accordance with ACPE Program Standards and ACPE Code of Professional Ethics. d) Contractor will ensure program content and process is consistent with Terrell State Hospital Mission and Core Value and with the Ethical and Religious Directives. e) Contractor will administratively report to the Chaplaincy Director, who is accountable to the Terrell State Hospital Director of Programs. Under the Chaplaincy Director’s supervision, the Contractor will deal with matters pertaining to accreditation, education, and student participation in CPE matters related to the clinical assignment, schedule, rotations of students, Terrell State Hospital policies and procedures, and in the matter of coordination of care and operations.
