Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (NV DMV) is seeking proposals from qualified printing firms. Vendors must have the ability to print and mail Nevada certificates of titles, yearly registrations with decals and yearly registration renewal notices to individuals. The printing and mailing of the documents must commence no later than September 1, 2022, unless new vendor is selected. If a new vendor is selected, NV DMV will work with selected vendor for the first three (3) months of contract to assist with system setup and testing. The NV DMV anticipates having a four-year contract with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contract costs must be based solely on the number of documents prepared and mailed. No start-up or programming costs will be provided.
