Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material and equipment (HEAVY DUTY MECHANICAL BROOM STREET SWEEPER (I.E. ELGIN EAGLE TYPE OR EQUIVALENT), necessary to provide sweeping service to the entire parking lot area and roadway lanes. Hand blowing will be required in areas the sweeper will not reach.; COntractor to provide service once every two (2) weeks, not to exceed two times per month. In the event, the month will have more than four (4) weeks, the Contractor shall provide the service on the first week folloiwng the month.; C. All service shall be performed by trained, competent workers.; D. Contractor to ensure that all debris is remobed from the premises including the refuse and debris that may accumulate around the building and in the parking lot and roadway lanes.
