Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide monthly Water Testing services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractors state license board C-55 and T-2 Treatment Operator Certificate and a D-1 Distribution Operators Certificate issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).; A. These water systems are public as such all testing and reporting is required to be through a certified lab and a monthly report will need to be signed by the operator in charge/chief operator and submitted before the 10th of the month to the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB). Contractor is required to contact the SWRCB to get the required sampling table for the next two (2) years. B. Contractor must use an approved Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) / (NELAP) National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program. C. Contractors are required to submit valid ELAP certification for any analyses performed under the contract. If analyses will be subcontracted, the prime contractor must submit a listing of analyses to be subcontracted, specify who will be performing those analyses and provide the ELAP certifications for those subcontract laboratories. ; 8. WATER COOLER FILTER REPLACEMENT A. Replace the three (3) water cooler filters quarterly. B. Models are as follows: 1. Brio Carbon Filter: LFCTQ105 2. Brio Pre-Carbon Filter: LFGACQ10 3.
