Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall primarily be responsible for managing the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) Model programs implemented in schools throughout South Dakota. The Consultant shall perform professional consultation and program assistance for local JAG-SD middle schools and high schools; analyzes data and hold local specialists accountable for data entry; interpret JAG-SD’s policies, procedures, goals, and objectives; provide technical assistance on JAG expectations of state affiliates; supervise the local JAG specialists and serve as a liaison between the program and the school. The Consultant shall identify areas for professional development and implement training plans; assist in planning and hosting student events ; 2.2 Provide a program-level staff to assist the State in program reviews. 2.2.1 Conduct a minimum of two in-person site visits per school year per program to ensure maximum effectiveness and implementation of the JAG model with fidelity. Regularly documenting classroom observations, advising, counseling, and directing JAG Specialists for continual improvement. Results of these visits will be communicated back to the State. 2.2.2 Ensure the required enrollment paperwork and documentation is completed and accessible in each participant’s file
