Specifications include, but are not limited to: The provision of HVAC Maintenance Services at DTA buildings. 1. The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) is seeking Bids from qualified vendors to perform oncall HVAC maintenance in three DTA properties: a. the DTA Operations Center (“Ops Center”) located at 2402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55806; b. the Duluth Transportation Center (DTC”) located at 228 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55802; c. Transit Center East (“TCE”) located at 214 West Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802, 2. The DTA uses the Metasys Building Automated Systems monitor from Johnson Controls to manage building HVAC operations. Respondents may provide a cost for servicing just the Metasys System periodically, or providing mechanical repairs on an on-call basis, or both. 3. For the Metasys System, DTA is seeking services two times per year for technical programming review of the system. Periodic review of the System is intended to help control energy costs, identify potential maintenance and repairs needed on the system and prevent system breakdowns during extreme weather events.
