Engine/Generator: Minimum 24 HP liquid-cooled diesel engine and 60 Hz/10 kW continuous rating generator. Engine shall be equipped with 12 volt electric start and heavy duty battery, 440 CCA minimum, continuous batter charge, fuel-water filter separator, low oil pressure/high engine temperature safety shutdowns, non-resettable hour meter, and spark arrest on muffler. Unit shall have a 100-gallon minimum fuel tank. Full load sound level at 23' shall be 61dB or less. Electrical System: Control panel, including main and branch circuit breakers, receptacles, and hour meter shall be located inside a weatherproof enclosure. Unit shall include one GFCI protected 120 volt/20 ampere duplex receptacle, one 120 volt/30 ampere outlet, one 240 volt/30 ampere outlet, one 50 amp 120/240 volt outlet, and positive electrical grounding system. Generator shall provide voltage regulation from no load to full load within +/- 0.5% and frequency regulation within +/- 0.25% at steady state load. Trailer: Jack stands for easy leveling, stability on uneven terrain and superior wind stability. Fully equipped highway-ready trailer including 13-inch tires, fenders over the tires, four tie-downs, DOT lighting, and VIN number. D.O.T. approved trailer marker/stop/tail lights and lighted license plate bracket shall be included, with 7- way RV Blade connector plug. The trailer hitch shall be an adjustable height 3 inch pintle ring with removable tongue and D.O.T. approved safety chains and hooks. A single point lifting eye, and tie down rings (one at each corner) shall be provided. Certificate of Origin must accompany delivery. Enclosure: The enclosure shall be of heavy duty steel construction, lockable, having maintenance access on both sides of the enclosure.
