Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Pickup and disposal of regulated pathological, hazardous chemical, and liquid waste at the Bureau For Public Health, Office of Chief Medical Examiner located at 619 Virginia Street West, Charleston, WV 25302.; 4.1.1.1 Vendor must comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding the collection, transportation, and treatment of regulated pathological, hazardous chemical and liquid waste.; 4.1.1.2 Vendor must provide weekly pickup and disposal of pathological waste. See Exhibit C for the list of each waste type for disposal.; 4.1.1.3 Vendor must provide additional (in excess of one) pickup and disposal of hazardous chemical and liquid waste as needed. See Exhibit C for the list of each waste type for disposal.; 4.1.1.4 Vendor’s service must include a barcode tracking system or a certificate of destruction.; 4.1.1.5 Vendor must supply all pickup containers and supplies including boxes, bags, liners, labels, tape, tape machine and any other supplies required for the pickup, hauling, and disposal of regulated pathological, hazardous chemical and liquid waste. Pickup containers supplied by Vendor must hold a minimum of _50__ pounds. All containers and supplies must be included in the total cost.; 4.1.1.6 Vendor must supply packaging instructions to Agency to comply with the packing requirements of 49CFR173.197 – Regulated Pathological Waste, Hazardous Chemical Waste and Liquid Waste attached hereto as Exhibit B.
