Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will consist of the evaluation, design and material selection for repairs required for the entire Expo Idaho Building roof area and the entire Turf Club roof area. The Expo Idaho Building roof consists of three sections and is approximately 87,611 square feet. The Turf Club consists of two sections, the main upper section that is approximately 6,020 square feet and a lower shout-out that is approximately 1,248 square feet. The re-roof projects will include the design and materials selection for removal of the existing roofing material and the installation of new roofing materials, including but not limited to, new roofing membrane, new roofing materials, insulation, HVAC curbing and any apparent damaged roof material or structural elements determined during the evaluation and design process.
