Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Provide the University of Rhode Island College of Nursing with a seamless compliance tracking system to include all student, faculty, and essential staff records of immunizations verification, criminal background search check, and other essential document verification. 2) Web-based platform accessible via computer, phone, iPad, etc. using secure access 3) Ability to securely house all essential documents in compliance with all applicable laws including but not limited to: Fair Credit Reporting Act; Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); The Joint Commission; and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). 4) Ability to provide a fully customizable interface that is customer focused, provides ease of use for all students, faculty, and staff, and offers email reminders for expiring or incomplete requirements, to both users and the College’s administrative staff.
