Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified service providers will be available to respond to the scene of a fire or other natural disaster to provide immediate services within one hour of call-out, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services provided must include, but may not be limited to the following: A. Residential and commercial board-up or other securement capabilities for roof, doors, and windows; B. Structural stabilization; C. Property conservation capabilities; D. Physical security measures to damaged areas; E. Site security and temporary fencing; F. Water removal and dry out capabilities; G. Clean-up; H. Temporary weatherproofing, heating, or winterization services, as needed; I. On-scene temporary lighting capabilities; J. Effective communication and coordinated efforts with on-scene public safety agents; and K. Professionalism and good customer service to property owner.
